
在一次無聊的下午~一群品評者相邀一起晚餐~談論最近的近況~順便帶一瓶紅酒一起分享(如上)
我帶最左邊那支~是我喜歡的一瓶二軍酒以下是這5支酒的評論:
Tasted on three separate occasions, this cuvee exhibits a dark ruby color (with much less saturation than many wines of the vintage) as well as a distinctive, herbal, meaty, horsey nose, medium to full body, good depth, power, and richness, and soft tannins. The wine’s rustic aromas and earthy style are intriguing and provocative. While an excellent effort, the 2005 Gruaud Larose is not one of the stars of the vintage. Anticipated maturity: 2011-2022. | 2007 Le Clarence de Haut-Brion |
The 2007 Le Clarence de Haut-Brion (formerly called Bahans Haut-Brion) possesses : 2010 - 2017sweet and sour cherry, damp earth, spice box, smoke, and forest floor characteristics. It is pure, medium-bodied, and elegant, much in the style of its bigger sibling. Drink it over the next 6-7 years.

2006 Les Pagodes de Cos
The estate’s second wine, the 2006 Les Pagodes de Cos, continues to demonstrate improvement. Aromas of lead pencil shavings, damp earth, forest floor, sweet currant and berry fruit, along with hints of smoke and herbs jump from the glass of this medium-bodied, fresh, savory, supple-textured effort. Consume it during its first decade of life.

Chateau Cantemerle 2007
A beautiful wine of elegance and intensity, this medium-bodied, dark plum/purple-hued 2007 possesses a floral-infused bouquet, sweet, plush, red and black fruit flavors, and an endearing, silky texture. Drink it over the next 10-12 years.

END 2005 Gruaud Larose 是群酒之首~黑醋栗的味道極深,我最喜愛的乾木頭味也剛剛成熟,雖然不是分數最高但味道均衡,單寧平衡強壯但澀度不高,所以是整體的第一名.
2007 Le Clarence de Haut-Brion 是當日最受焦點,我較晚到因此這瓶酒由我親自操刀開瓶,現在的我30秒可以用傳統法國開酒器開一瓶,我愛Haut-Brion 的酒很久了,主要是他是貴族的象徵,此酒是我在大賣場收來的寶貝,還好我收了二瓶,此次打開是有點浪費,味道正處於Closeing,必須要再放二年以上,口感是絲絨般的細膩,已表示單寧已可化開,入口立即化是對他最好的評價,可惜味出不來,當場有沒有辦法Decant,所以只有以人工方式,甩瓶,大約60分後有一些氣味,但確還是不放,感覺是一個想追的女性卻無法接近她,也就是未成年之說,整體來說是第二名,口感好但味道不出.
2007 Dauzac 是第三名,味道上除了櫻桃味及梅乾外,單寧較重,平衡略差.
Chateau Cantemerle 2007約要醒30分鐘後才有變化,但對於這支是我當初平常在喝的所以較為沒什麼特色,我嚐過1994年及2005年的,2005年比它更好一些但此酒產量大,所以招待朋友再適合不過了,而2006 Les Pagodes de Cos 也是,我嚐過2004年的當時與Dame de Montrose 2004年做比較是Cos 贏了,值得一提的Saint Estephe區 Chateau Cos d'Estournel,是值得一嚐的,我收了一支2006年的可以喝到2034年還不錯的.
這次品評唯一缺點是餐多以鍋物為主,應該是要配Chardonnay的白酒,後來只能不停的用牛肉來壓單寧,及紅蟳的味道,切記以後別再海鮮紅酒了,真的超不搭.
